The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), formerly called Federal Human Capital Survey, is a tool administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to measure employees' perceptions of whether, and to what extent, conditions characterizing successful organizations are present in their agencies. The survey results provide valuable insight into the challenges agency leaders face in ensuring the Federal Government has an effective civilian workforce. DNFSB will use the survey results to examine management practices and improve the work environment for DNFSB employees.
Note: The 2012-2024 FEVS reports have content that is inconsistent with Executive Order (EO) 14151, “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing,” and EO 14168, “Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government.”
